Quick action by a seventeen-year-old results in the life of her mother being saved. The teen’s parents didn’t even realize she knew CPR. She learned CPR in a high school PE class two years prior and instinctively knew what to do. Even though the mother’s brain was without oxygen for close to 30 minutes, by the teen providing CPR within 3 minutes it resulted in her mother’s full recover.
Watch the video and see why we advocate CPR/AED training for all adults and teens, and CPR/AED certification as part of high school graduation requirements.
